“My husband and I originally called about some land that Marcy Fox / Century 21 had for sale in Winamac, IN. Marcy helped us walk through the building process and get multiple different quotes for different designs. Then one day when we see a house come onto the market that has everything and wanted plus some. Though we had been going down the building path Marcy was extremely helpful when we pivoted and made a last minute decision to look at the house. Within in a week we had put in an offer on our forever home, listed out previous home for sale, and had an offer on the table.
